Lunalana safari lights
Lights are an essential element in any room. Kids rooms benefit from a range of different types of lighting. General room lighting, often from a ceiling light. Task lighting, for example on a desk, reading corner or near the changing table. Soft lighting for night time feeds or nighttime security. Adding different layers of lighting to the room provides interest with the contrast between the light and shadows. A touch of playfulness can also be added by choosing a fun design.

With so many lighting designs available, it can be difficult to choose the right light. However we have selected a handful of very cute lights from around the world that would look amazing in any kid’s room.

Lunalana angel light

The Luna Lana lights from Stephanie Ng Design are handcrafted from 100% merino wool. The natural wool and LED bulbs mean they are sustainable, as well beautiful. We particularly love the safari collection featured at the top of the page. As well as the angels (pictured above) and the bear (pictured below).

Pencil light

How about the Drew pencil lamp to stand on a desk, or the giant version to light up a corner of your kids room. These lamps are designed to inspire creativity which makes them perfect for children’s spaces. The cable is additional design feature. As it can be shaped into any scribble, you or your child chooses.

Then there are some more animal lights!

And sea creature lights……

And a little acrobatic man light…..

With an added pair of sunglasses for a cool dude look!!!!

I think the adults may like these lights as much as the kids! Which is your favourite?
