Sometimes an object or a picture catches your attention. That happened when I saw the puzzle designed by Ephimera Play for Shópa Alhóndiga Bilbao. It was created from Shópa logo (a graphic Eizagirrertir Gorka). This puzzle with 50 pieces allows the formation of a 30 x 30 cm square with infinite combinations. It’s also a building game … and every thing you want.
Thanks to Picapino, I discovered other products from Ephimera Toys, made in a little workshop in Cantabria (Spain). It’s a project for creation of ethical toys, manufactured with materials from sustainable sources. Playthings are designed from pedagogical perspectives as Montessori and Waldorf. But what they like is to make custom toys in collaboration with families. Here are some of my favourites:
