Wood, colourful magnets and animals. With these three elements, the architecture studio Archabits designs an interesting product line of handcrafted wooden toys named ESNAF.
Each wooden plaything is part of a collectables-set and is assembled with embedded magnets which let your children create different animal figures.
They’ve launched a new set of handmade wooden toys. This time, they’ve been are based on the Brother’s Grim fairy tale The Bremen Town Musicians. In this set, you’ll find a donkey, a dog, a cat, and a rooster, made of beech and American walnut.
The different parts are interchangeable and can be combined to create weird animals, creatures, and characters. This helps kids and adults explore their imagination and creativity.
But your kids can reconstruct the original animal figure, matching them by each animal’s individual magnet colours. As you can see in the pictures, it’s also possible to stack them to recreate the famous folktale.
This set has lots of possibilities of playing. Besides, their sustainable package turns into a small book with the fairytale, so parents can read the story to their children while playing with the toys.

The Animal Kingdom is composed by 5 animals, joined with colourful magnets. They are crafted with natural materials (beech and oak) and are not varnished or painted. Kids can create animals (they can be assembled and dismantled in no time) and also play matching the colours and developing these skills.
