Nameless Paint Set by Ima Moteki
Designer duo Ima Moteki (Yusuke Imai and Ayami Moteki) has created a set with 10 tubes that change the way kids learn about colour. Instead of names, each tube is identified by one or more circles of the primary colours magenta, yellow, and cyan mixed inside. The size of the circle indicates the proportion of paint that were mixed to create the to create additional shades of green, orange, or blue. ‘By not assigning names to the colors we want to expand the definition of what a color can be, and the various shades they can create by mixing them,” says Imai. via
