Playful Pink, White and Grey Kid’s Room Designed by Li at Projekt I

How does that saying go, “pink to make the boys wink” or something like that? Hmmm, well, personally, I’ve never been a fan of anything remotely “rose” in the fashion department because I’ve always been convinced that it doesn’t suit me. However, after years of wearing sober neutrals, I suddenly find myself drawn to hitherto unknown hues including playfully provocative words like Naked, Blush or Peachy Peach. A slow transformation is underway and I actually think it’s positive.

The same is true in kids’ design. As is often the case, catwalk colours gradually pervade the home interiors world, and I am warming to all the soft decorative accessories that I am seeing everywhere right now.

Inspired by the happy, upbeat kid’s room above, and with Christmas shopping in mind, today I thought I’d share a few favorite pink finds for little and big ones alike. Let’s forget the gender stereotypes, embrace some gentleness and hopefully be pleasantly surprised!
