We love this contemporary version of rocking horse, made of a solid block of cork. Though the object has an animalistic character, it is not a portrayal of any particular animal – hence the name – rocking thing. It lives a scope for own interpretation for a child. Wooden handles can be freely interpreted as horns, eyes or antennas .
Cork used in the project is made of recycled wine corks. It is an unusual type of cork, durable and resistant to crumbling.
