The cool Portuguese kids brand Wolf & Rita has launched the spring summer 2016 collection entitled Bonjour Jeunesse. It’s a label focused on details and quality; its clothing excels by its quality fabrics and accurate tailoring.
Wolf & Rita takes classic garments and gives them a contemporary twist, with fresh colour combinations and a quirky styling. All the collections are made in their family-run factory in Portugal.
Wolf & Rita Spring/Summer 16 Collection
For the new 16 Spring/Summer Collection, the team behind Wolf & Rita pays a tribute to the French Nouvelle Vague and the swinging sixties.
“Bonjour Jeunesse” is their own little homage to this thrilling period of European film history and to an amazing group of influential artists. French New Wave rocks!
For this collection, they were inspired by the works of directors like François Truffaut, Jean-Luc Godard, Jacques Rivette, but also the great American photographer and director William Klein. Iconic movies like “À bout de Souffle”, “Jules et Jim” and the radical “Who are you, Polly Maggoo?” are the inspiration behind the selection of patterns and solid bold colours on their new collection.
You can find lots of black & white, stripes and graphic prints. Furthermore its famous shirts, this collection has comfortable pants, onesies and dresses with ruffles.
For girlswear spring summer 2016, Wolf & Rita suggests garments with 1960’s retro style, denim dresses and solid, stylish colours, but also some graphic patterns.
