Do you know woodchuck?

If you love the simplicity of raw wood you will love woodchuck.  They make timeless wooden furniture and decor for the family home.

Woodchuck is a new brand, launching earlier this year.  It’s a Dutch husband and wife team that design and make all the things. The ready collection is very small at the moment because the idea behind woodchuck is to create custom pieces designed and made for your specific needs and your home. This can be kids furniture, kitchen cabinets or pretty much anything you need for your family home.

Here’s what they say about their pieces: “While we love simplicity, our creations always radiate warmth. Woodchuck shows that minimalism can be attractive. And we couldn’t agree more. Simplicity shines through all their pieces and that is what makes them so special.

It’s this type of wooden furniture that your kids and your home will never outgrow. It’s designed to last a lifetime and beyond. And don’t forget, Woodchuck are happy to create custom furniture to fit your home and your space.

Inspired by Japanese design and Dutch simplicity, all the pieces beautifully combine these two influences to create something unique. The furniture is not only beautiful but also functional and practical.  t is all designed to have many uses — a stool can be used as a desk or a side table or a step stool and so on.

We love that these pieces can fit seamlessly into any home, no matter what decor you already have. They can be used in different ways making them ideal for a growing family home.

Have you fallen in love with woodchuck yet? We have! And we’re eyeing that mini bench/step stool/ table called aki – all the pieces have Japanese names, by the way.  If you want to take a closer look, make sure to visit their shop and their Instagram for lots more inspiration.
